On July 7th 2025, Boston Nursery School and Kingsdown Nursery School officially joined Gainsborough Nursery School and Wyndham Park Nursery School forming the Lincolnshire Maintained Nursery School Federation.

The Governing Body of the Lincolnshire Maintained Nursery School Federation (LMNSF) meets each term. At meetings an agenda is followed which involves feedback about how the schools are progressing against the School Development Plan targets.

Governors also hear and question reports on how the school is supporting specific groups of pupils.  It is also the role of governors to oversee the financial management of the school and the safeguarding of all pupils.
